We use DPD for all our UK orders and UPS for international.

Packages require a signature on delivery so please ensure that there will be someone home to sign. We cannot be held responsible for any packages which remain at your local Post Office or returned to us after being un-claimed. In the event of a package being returned you will be notified by email and charged for re-despatch. 

We charge £8.99 for DPD Delivery. Postage rates to the rest of the world will vary according to your location, please contact us for details sales@charlottenatasha.com

 We aim to process and despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. This may vary at busy times, such as Christmas, but we will always let you know if there is a delay on your order. Custom designs can take significantly longer, according to the complexity of the design and of the product.

Once despatched, UK orders will take around 2 business days to reach their destination.
